Thank you for considering our selection of tours and bus charters designed with you and your group in mind. Our goal is to provide you with a safe and enjoyable transportation. We hope that you enjoy your tour experience as much as we enjoy entertaining you. Beach Bum Trolley strives to present all historic dates and events as accurately as possible.


As you will notice, most of our tours require a minimum number of passengers in order to operate. For groups less than the minimum listed, please call the Beach Bum Trolley office for a quote.


These listings are separated into groups representing the length of time of the tour. Please note that we can also provide a shuttle service for all events.


If you don't see a tour that your group may want, please contact the Beach Bum Trolley office and we will be more than happy to design your special tour and quote you a price.


Because of your suggestions, we will be adding new tours from time to time. Be sure to come back to our web site for the latest in tour information.


Something new that we now offer on our website is the viewing of special Beach Bum Trolley menus.


If you are going to the Cubi Bar Cafe at the National Naval Aviation Museum, you will order from the Beach Bum Trolley menu if lunch is included in your tour price.


If you are going to Mcguire's Irish pub, we also have available a special menu if lunch is included in your tour price.


For a group that is scheduled to go to Skopelos at New World Landing for a banquet, we have our own banquet menu.


If your group is scheduled for a picnic sack lunch, you will have a choice of Roast Beef, Ham and Cheese, or Turkey sandwiches.


And if you find our authentic oak wood trolley seats too uncomfortable, we have seat cushions available upon request for use on every trolley charter. You can even buy one for a souvenir!

  • What kind of events will you help me plan?

    We provide bus charters for all kinds of events! Some of the most popular events for which you can charter a bus include weddings, military reunions,  birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, graduations, corporate events, and Christmas light tours. We have a fleet of ready and waiting for you to charter and can even help you make all your plans!

  • How far away will your trolleys travel for my event?

    Our trolleys can not only be chartered for the Pensacola area but also as far West as Mobile, Alabama and as far East as Seaside, Florida.

  • Is there a minimum number of hours that I need to reserve a trolley for?

    Yes. There is a 3-hour minimum for each charter. Additional time is billed at $125/hour. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each trolley chartered. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the date of service. All cancellations not made before three days prior to the date of service will result in the forfeiture of the total charter rate.

  • Do you have handicap accessible trolleys available?

    Yes! Simply provide us with at least 48 hours advance notice and handicap accessible vehicles can be provided.

  • Are there any Terms or Conditions?

    The time of charter starts and ends at pickup point.


    Handicap accessible vehicles are available with a forty eight (48) hour notice.


    All charters must originate in the Pensacola area unless otherwise approved by the Beach Bum Trolley office.


    Reservations must be made for all charters.   Charters are subject to availability on your particular date.


    LIABILITY FOR DELAYS   -   Beach Bum Trolley will not be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad road conditions, inclement weather and other conditions beyond its control.


    If, in the opinion of Beach Bum Trolley, conditions make it inadvisable to operate charter service from point of origin or at any point en route, Beach Bum Trolley will not be liable therefore, or be caused to be held for damage for any reason whatsoever.


    OBJECTIONABLE PERSONS   -   Beach Bum Trolley reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose conduct is such as to make him or her objectionable to other passengers or the safe operation of the vehicle.


    DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT   -   Any damage to seats, windows or other equipment or part of the vehicle which is caused by any passenger, and the cost to Beach Bum Trolley for repairs and loss of service due to such damage, will be paid by the passenger.


    PAYMENT POLICY - All charters require at least a four (4) day advance reservation and will require a deposit unless credit has been approved.   Call the Beach Bum Trolley office for specific requirements.


    Make checks payable to Beach Bum Trolley, LLC.   MasterCard and Visa cards are accepted.   All deposits are non-refundable.   Confirmation of charter will be based on availability at time deposit is received.   Full payment is due prior to departure.   Cancellations received within seventy-two (72) hours of service will result in forfeiture of total charter rate.
